Travel Bucket List: Bali, Indonesia
Updated: Sep 8, 2019
First and foremost, Happy New Year!
For those of you that made a resolution to travel more in 2019, you are in luck, as I have decided to add travel to my blog! Last year, I unexpectedly found myself racking up the frequent flier miles and already have a few trips on the books for this year. Travel is exciting, but can also be overwhelming, so I am eager to share my tips, reviews, itineraries, and anything else you want to know, to inspire you to explore the world! First up...BALI

Mid-2018, my sister and I decided it was time for another trip together - our last vacay was to Hawaii, nine years ago, when I graduated college. After researching a few different countries we settled on Bali. Kristin had actually been to Bali before, but was willing to re-visit the beautiful island and explore a few new areas with me as the destination was high on my list.

Oahu, HI - 2009
My"Type C" personality means I am detail-oriented and like to be in control, translation: I need an itinerary! Who I will be traveling with typically dictates the intricacy of each itinerary - I don't have to follow it exactly, but a general plan for each day ensures I am making the most of my time. Below is the itinerary (first 6 versions not included) my sister and I followed during our 5 night, 6 day adventure in Uluwatu and Ubud.
